Groupwise 5.1 and Win2K user access

I have Groupwise 5.1 running on a Netware 4.1 server . It is not used for Internet e-mail, only interoffice. When running the Groupwise client on a 2000 Pro box, everything works fine under Administrator, but when i go to a User access it will not boot up. The Groupwise Spash Screen comes up then the app dies.
I have the same situauion on 3 Win2k workstations.

Any help is greatly appreciated!
