Any email was quarantine i get email message from Groupshield alert manager but the
From and To is empty ,
how i want to know from which user the message is comming from

What version of GroupShield are you using?
What scan type?
On-demand or On-access?

For GroupShield 4.5 you need to install the "resolve names utility" and run it periodically to fill in the missing data.

For GroupShield 5.0 use ESE scanning for On-Access and configure your On-Demand scans to "Scan & Resolve".

These methods will reveal the From and To addresses.

Hi there,

The Resolve names utility used to available for download from McAfee.

The last time I looked in the downloads section, neither it nor GroupShield 4.5 were available for download. I believe GroupShield 4.5 is end-of-life.

I recommend you upgrade to GroupShield 5.0 SP2 Patch 1.
