Groupshield Question

Current setup:
Groupshield detects an attachment as being a virus, quarantines the virus and sends the email out to the recipient with a txt file stating that the attachment had a virus.

I would rather that the email never reach the recipient for it causes confusion galore to the end user. Is this possible?

That is a GroupShield issue, not Exchange.
