I install Groupshield on access scan to quarantine attachment not cleaned.
The sw notify me that the ticketxxx is generated but i'm unable to find the record in the database (the quarantine is configured to use database.

Any suggestion ?

Go into the public folders and look for Quarantine by name and with the correct permissions you can examine the quarantine contents. Do this from an outlook client.

Hi Dege thanks for you reply.

I'm not able to find a public folder named Quarantine.

My problem is that GSE notify me that the file XXX is quarantined but the quarantine manager don't display me into the mdb.
