groupshield on-demand scan

I have created a Groupshield 5.2 On-Demand Scan task via the ePolicy Orchestrator Console to run on my 3 Exchange 2000 servers. The scheduled scan starts ok but then terminates almost immediately, after 2 secs to be exact. The agent log reports that the scan has completed successfully. I have recreated the task and restarted Groupshield services but to no avail.

Can anyone offer any help?
