Groupshield not blocking specified extensions

Hi,

We have Groupshield for Exchange 2000. On the "On Access" settings, we've configured it to block a good number of extensions but only some of them got blocked and the other can still get through. What could be the problem in this case?

2 years ago we had GroupShield 4.5 configured to block vbs files but some still came through. After investigation it turned out the attachment file size was zero bytes. It seems in that case, the attachment is ignored even though it is a blocked file type. This issue may still exist in the current GroupShield versions.

What I've found out is that I have to stop and re-start the service.
