Groupshield - Cannot install - Any Ideas??

When I try to install Groupshield v 4.5 into my Lotus 4.6 server (NT Server 4). it comes up with Notes is not installed on this server.
This is rubbish as Notes is up and running.

any idea? [sig][/sig]
