According to the documentation for Groupshield 6.0.1, when configuring notifications I can use certain tokens in the warning.htm file that is produced.
I wanted to include the ticket number and the date/time the ticket was issued. The documentation states I can simply use %tik% and %dts% respectively and get the desired output.
I have messed with this and can get the ticket number to appear but had to use %ticketnumber%, but for the life of me cannot get the date and/or time to show up. I have tried every iteration I could think of.
Has anyone else had this problem?
Why did McAfee dump the simple alert.txt system and go with more complicated html version of alerting. It really is a pain. We are trying to block html attachments not create a slew of new ones!
