groupshield 5 not showing senders of viruses

I am running Groupshield 5 for exchange 2000sp1. When ever a virus is received from an internal email system, groupshield only show the name of the sender in the virus alert and not the email address and it also doesn't send out the virus warning to the sender, but it does work if it is sent from a mailbox on my exchange server. Do i have a setting wrong in either exchange or groupshield?
