Groupshield 5.2 -- Recover a blocked file

Is there any way to recover a file that has been blocked in Groupshield 5.2?

If you mean quarantined -

In the Exchange Administrator - configuration - servers - the server name. Click on the McAfee Groupshield icon in the right hand pane. Under the adminstration tab, you can click the view tab and see the files quarantined.

If you're using the database, you can right click on the desired file, select save and move it to the hard drive. From there you can move it anywhere you want on the network from there.

About 499 out of 500 files that I end up with in quarantine are infected. Make sure you save the file to a location where on access scan will check it before you move it on.
