We have an Exchange2000 Server with SP3 and GroupShield 5.20.697. I configured an administration Mailbox, where a mail is sent, if a virus was found. That worked fine till december 2002. Since then, I always get this Error Message in the Event Log: "Failed to submit the alert message."(AVExch32.exe)
If we reboot the Exchange Server, it works for about 24h (that means, we receive the emails) and then we get the same Error again.
The only thing we installed on the server in december, were the weekly Microsoft Updates and a ARCServe Exchange Agent.
Has anybody an idea what the problem could be??
