Groupshield 5.0

Currently running Groupshield 4.5 w/ Exchange 5.5 and NT4.0.
Looking to upgrade to Groupshield 5.0. Anyone else with this configuration? If so, did you remove 4.5 before installing 5.0 or upgrade in place?

Recommended that you remove 4.5 first then install 5.0. Also, 5.0 SP1 is out so it's better to install that one as well.
