Groupshield 5.0 refuses to work!!

Could someone please help. I've read and followed every knowledge base document and I still can't fix my Groupshield.

I'm running NT4 SP6 Exch5.5 SP4, with Groupshield 5 SP2 installed. I cannot get Groupshield service to start and in the version tab all the information is greyed "not known". I've removed registry settings, checked admin accounts, repaired, reinstalled, reapplied SPs and even tried praying! Nothing works so at the moment I have no email virus scanning protection.

Does anyone out there have any ideas? As I say, all the NAI articles have resolved nothing.

I resolved the problem by killing the AVExch32.exe process and then restarting the groupshield service with local system account and interact with desktop settings
