groupshield 5.0 for exchange 5.5 1

Hi

Just wondering if any of you out there use Groupshiled 5.0 for Exchange 5.5? I have a weird problem that after auto updates of the latest AV dats Groupshield will automatically include/block .doc, .xls .jpg (all randomly)for quarantine! Have any of you ever had this and if so how did you resolve?

Yes, it's a common problem with what I've found anyway.
What you'll need to do is follow this document and all should return to normal.
