Guys.

I've inherited a call manager with our business move. I don't remember which version.. V4 I think. ( i think I worked out it's circa 2004)

I'm having this system configured for us tomorrow, so an idea on what I should be asking for would be great if you could assist.
I'm hoping to enrol on some sort of course in the not too distant future.

My question.

We have sales order team consitsing of 5 people.
I'd like incoming sales calls to ring all 5 extensions at the same time, so anyone of the sales team can pickup the call.
In the event that all the sales team are busy, I'd then like the call to divert to 2 other extensions.
In the event that these two are busy, to divert to the MD.

I'm guessing I need to create 3 groups.. Sales, Finance and MD

Is what I'm trying to achieve possible, and what feature should I be asking for to get all 5 sales extensions to ring simultaneously.

Sorry.. I forgot to add, just in case it's relevent.
We have 8 channel ISDN being delivered on a single sales number. So in the event one of the sales team are already on a call, the remaining extensions in the sales group will ring 1st.
 
We came up with a Hunt group on Broadcast.

Incoming calls ring for 120 seconds, before diverting to the next hunt group.

However, I'm unable to configure a loop.

As it stands.. after the transfer to the next group, if an incoming call still goes unanswered, the call is dropped. (the Total unanswered time is around 150 seconds)

What I'd like to happen, is for a call to go into an indefinate loop until the customer realises that we are closed, rather than just being dropped as it is now.

Any thoughts please.
