Is it possible to do groupings in the report footer?
My situation is: We have a monthly accounts receivables reports that shows receivables for our 20 or regions. We have shown totals for all the regions in the Report Footer.
Management then asked to show the previous month total only. To do this I inserted another report footer and wrote a set of formulas to calculate this.
Well management got the report and then decided it would be awesome if the report could also show not just the previous month total but all previous months total, in descending order no less.
Short of creating a set of formulas for each month in the Report footer, if it is possible to group in the footer my problems would be resolved.
Can this be done?
Any other thoughts on how to do this with out writing formulas for each month?
