How can I manually determine what order items are displayed on a report.

For example lets say I have a group called group one. I would like to determine in what order the titles are displayed.

For exaple at the moment they come out in this order

Sales
Rev
Out
Another Heading
Yet Another

I would like them to come out in the following order

Out
Yet Another
Another Heading
Rev
Sales

Open the Change Group Expert -> Options
for that group and change "Ascending Order" to "Specified Order". Then select or enter the values in the order you would like them to appear. Ken Hamady

EscapeUK: Ken is absolutely correct but also investigate the power of using the Named Groups option whilst you are there - this enables you to place itmes not only into the order you desire but to 'group' them together in ways which may not be reflected in the data r.g. if you want REV and SALES both to be grouped together and called INCOME you can do this here - the Others tabe also contains a hidden effect as well in that you can drop data which doesn;t conform to your groups i.e. if you had but did not want NOT ANOTHER these records would be dropped!
