I have not tried, but surely you can think of the following ides..
Create a form level variable BlankCount and NbCount. The variables need to be set the initial value as 0. They need to be reset at the group level.
BlankCount shall have value to store as
IIF(EMPTY(myAlias.myField),blankCount+1,blankCount)
NbCount shall have value to store as
IIF(EMPTY(myAlias.myField),NbCount,NbCount+1)
You can report that in the group footer.
