Grouping reports

Hi,
We are using Crystal Server 2008 and I was wondering whether it is possible to group reports?
I have a series of reports which are going to a group of people each Monday morning. At present they are receiving 5 emails (1 for each report). Is it possible to have all the reports go out in 1 email?

In BusinessObjects you can group reports together in a "Publication" so that they run together and are emailed out together. I'm not sure whether this feature is available in CRS, but it's worth checking into.

Hello,
I have found a publication wizard which allows me to add reports and schedule. I have added 2 reports to this and although both view correctly, only the second report is being exported and send via email. The overall status is "failed" and the error message is "Object Package failed due to a component scheduling failure".
Any ideas?

recommends, try scheduling the 'failed' report separately to see why it could not be run.

Each of the individial reports runs when I schedule separately. When I add them all into the object, only the report with the parameters which have propogate checked will generate, the rest fail.
I cannot have each report checked for propogate, it will only allow one.

Hi,
Have been doing some more work on this and have found that because these are object packages, they cannot be sent as emails. They are saved in the default output file.
I am currently working on the principle that these can be sent as emails using events? Haven't figured that part out yet
