Hi,

I have 3 groups named.

Equity
Debt
Name

I am not using the detail section and all the fields are placed on the groupheaders. I have enabled "Keep section together" for all the groups. I want all the groups on one page. Under Name group i have Name and Description fields. It happens like name displays at the bottom of the page and the descption starts at the begining of the next page. I want it together. Can this be done.

I am using CR version 8.

Thanks,
Manish

On a group section, right-click and select [Change Group]. Then select [Keep Group Together]

Hi Madawc,

I dont know why i didnt thought of this option. It worked perfectly. But This was the case of one group. If i have 3 groupheader one detail and 3 groupfooter and i want the entire stuff to stay in one page then is it possible. The entire thing can be of 4 lines or can grow to 2 pages. I want a line to close the box which gets broken coz the records move on to the next page.

Thanks for the help.

Manish

Try right-click and format section, there are some options there.

Or you could drop everything into a subreport, maybe with a dummy main report. A subreport has the option [Keep Object Together], at least in Crystal 8.5
