In MS Access, you have the ability to create reports that group records by a common field. This results in there being a group header followed by the records relating to it. Is there an equivalent way to do this in Filemaker? Creating a Grand Summary layout part creates the visual appearance I am looking for. However, the grand summary only appears once and not a new one at the top of each 'group' of records. The only other way I can think to achieve this effect, is to write a script that finds/sorts/prints my report based on my desired field data. There has to be an easier way!

Thanks for your help.

I think I have figured it out on my own. It appears to work using the sub-summary part settings.
