I have a hard time to figure out how to group records by the time duration greater then 4 hr, 12 hr,18, 24, 36, ..etc. The trick is to have records in each group if time duration exids one group:
Example:
Customer1 time duration =10 hr should be displayed in group 4 hr and group 12 hr.
Castomer2 time duretion= 30 hr should be displayed in group 4 hr and group 12 hr and the group 18 hr and the group 24 hr.

give us a sample of what the report should look like Jim Broadbent
