Grouping Problem 1

Hi

Im using Crystal XI on an Oracle Database.

I have a fairly compelx report which has 4 groupings applied.

Group 1 - Ticket Details
Group 2 - Work Info Details
group 3 - related Tickets

Whats happening is that the group 3 heading is duplicating for every group 2 heading I have. So if I have 2 seperate Work Info entries then I will have 2 identical entries for related tickets

is there anyway I can stop this happening. I hagve changed the orders used group Footers but its still the same problem.

Any suggestions would be appreciated

It sounds like you should perhaps use a subreport for the related tickets, and place it in GF#1 and link on the group #1 field--if I'm guessing correctly. You should also have mentioned your Group #4 field--not sure how that relates.
