grouping on run time formula

Hello:

I'm on CR Pro 10 and SQL Server 2000.

I need to group on a runtime formula (one that uses 'whileprintingrecords')
I was wondering if there is a way this can be done.

Please let me know if you need more details.

You can only group on details that are in a single 'row' of detail line. Anything derived from two or more records will not be known until a later stage in the Cystal cycle, so grouping will not be possible.
