My report has few customers in both upper/lower/propercase. When I create a customer group, the report separates same customer (I think its because some are in upper/lower/propercase). So instead of 1 customer, I have 3 customer group. How or what do I have to do to show that despite the lower/upper/propercase, it's the same customer?
For example, customer (Mastercard)

Mastercard
MasterCard
MASTERCARD

This is creating 3 different groups in my report instead of 1.I tried changing all of them to a proper case and used that formula to group them, but its still coming out as 3 group. Help!

Have you tried grouping on a formula where all are changed to Uppercase.

@customer
Uppercase({customerfield})

Use this formula as group instead of actual field.

Alternatively it could be a higher or lower group which is causing these to break into separate groups.
