grouping labels

Hello!

I am trying to do a crystal report that will return labels. And I have done that much. But what I really need is to group the labels by organization. When I insert the group- it completely changes the label formatting. Can this be done?

Is there a way of doing this in formula editor on the field that I want to group by?

Is there at least a way of sorting by this field?

I'm puzzled as to why inserting a group "completely changes the label formatting". It should just add group sections, which can be hidden again if you don't want them.

What version of Crystal?
