Hello;
I have a report which captures multiple carton records per bill of lading with a create date a time for each record. I have a min time and max time for each bill of lading created and I would like to Crystal to group the report by Bill of Lading but show the Bill of Lading record with the lowest min time first which is not necessarily the lowest Bill of Lading number. Is there a way to do this in Crystal?
Thanks
Rose

1) Group by Bill of Lading
2) Create a minimum value for each group using "Insert Summary" (NOT using a formula field)
3) Go into "Report > Group Sort Expert" and use the ALL option to rank this group based on the new summary field.
