Grouping for previous year comparison 1

HI I have to write a Crystal Report that will show groups such as Food products sold, e.g. Meat, Fish, others, etc.
comparing this year month with last year/month going back 4 months as well.

I was not sure if this is something you group on or how to set up such buckets here.

You could group by year within Food product. Or do running totals that find the totals for the months you mentioned.

If you're not already familiar with Crystal's automated totals, see FAQ767-6524.

Another option is to use record selection to get records for just the revelant months, then do a crosstab.
