Need some help grouping data according to string formulas.
I created 5 formulas:
@Aspire
@ISeries
@SV8100
@UX5000
@Zultys

The aboveresult in either a true or false. How can I group the rest of the data based upon the above, if true?

Phone System Type field is called: {tvw.CustomAccountFieldData.CustomFieldData}
The resulting data is a field called: {tvw.CustomAccountFieldData.CustomFieldValue}

However, the results are tied together when displaying on the report. See attached example.

Do you want the report to group on the value of each formula in order?, ex. first on @Aspire, then on @ISeries ... finally on @Zultys? Or on the value of all 5 formulas together, ex. all 5 = True through all 5 = False?

I would like the data to be grouped on each formula, in order. Aspire, ISeries, etc.

THanks,

I didnt completely understand your question but based on your PDF would this work?
Group on Phone System Type field is called: {tvw.CustomAccountFieldData.CustomFieldData}

then it looks like you grouped on company? group that as Group 2 and hide group 1 header and footer..

I am unable to group by the {tvw.CustomAccountFieldData.CustomFieldData} specifically, because it contains multiple data items.

Here is an example for A.D. Lift Truck from the report I attached:
{tvw.CustomAccountFieldData.CustomFieldData} {CustomAccountFieldData.CustomFieldValue}
Date Site Survey Complete 7/16/2012
Phone Software Level 7.32
Phone System Type Aspire M
VM Type Aspire Mail - 4 Port
VoiceMail Software Level 1118.13

Maybe I need to setup formulas for each one of the above CustomFieldData names?

If I have any of them as an equal to, I don't get the other data for the other ones.

If I have {tvw.CustomAccountFieldData.CustomFieldData}= Date Site Survey Complete then I do not get data for Phone Software Level, Phone System Type, VM Type or VoiceMail Software Level
