Grouping by Billing Month

Hi,

I want to able to group by the billing month. From 25th of Previous month to 24th of current month.

How do I go about creating this group and ensuring that it reflects the current month as a title.

Example = Billing Month of February 2003 will be from 25th January to 24th February

I guess I don't understand the requirements, if you only want the current billing month, why would you group?

Anyway, this might help, create 2 formulas:

@startdate
date(year(dateadd("m",-1,currentdate)),month(dateadd("m",-1,currentdate)),25)

@enddate
date(year(currentdate),month(currentdate),24)

Place something like this in the record selection formula:

{table.date} > = @Startdate
and
{table.date} < = @Enddate

Hi,

To elaborate. I have 18 months worth of history which is grouped by a field called billing month. This is simply a date/time field which I am grouping by Month to arrive at sales made per month.

The issue is that the grouping is working on a calander month and I need it to work on a billing month, of 25th to 24th.

Any ideas?
