grouped title bar when minimised

i have a problem with the title bars getting grouped together when minimised. what do i do to have individual title bars instead of one title bar stacked up together.

let me explain. if i open windows explorer 5 times, each with a different web site, then it comes as one title bar with the number 5 next to it, i need it to show as 5 different title bars when minimised.

any suggestions ??

Right-click either the task bar or the Start button and select 'Properties' from the context menu. Select the 'Taskbar' tab and then uncheck "Group similar taskbar buttons".
