Hello,
I have to set up my system such that all incoming calls are directed to a single VM box that should then be accessible from any phone EXT on the network.
I have it now where incoming calls are directed to the group 601 containing all phones and there is a prompt to record a message when the call overflows. After recording the message though, theres no indicator light on any phone and I am unable to access the message.
I would just call the guys at Panasonic but it's a Saturday and they are closed. Any help would be appreciated.
