We have reports which we run from a Visual Studio application. In some of the report I’ve checked the Group Tree, and works from Crystal but doesn’t work from Visual Studio.
I don't know what version it's Visual Studio, because I am developing just the reports, and I have a button that I attach the reports to the application. I don't know the version of the Crystal SDK assemblies, either.
Without seeing the code and the other information I requested, there's nothing I can do to assist. It could be that the code specifically suppresses the group tree.

Thank you, Dell. So, in general, it is possible that by modifying code in Visual Studio, from some version, you can see the group tree? Or by changing the version of Crystal SDK assemblies? I worked many years ago with Informix New Era, I was in the same office with the programmers, and from the application, we couldn't see the group tree either, only if we run .exe of the report, and they couldn't do anything, if I remember correct. I was wondering just if it's the same with Visual Studio.
