Hi!
I would like to know how one can create a Group tree in the Preview pane on SCR Smart viewer.Earlier, whenever I placed a group in a report,I used to see the grouping Headers on the left side of the Report Preview pane automatically.
In this particular case, even when there is a group mentioned on the design template,I am not able to see the Groups on the Group Tree pane in the report. Also, the Create Group Tree option in the Report Options is checked on.Inspite of this,I still can't see the grouping in the Crystal Smart viewer preview pane.
Can someone please explain what is going wrong?

Thanks
donv

That is strange. Are you runing the reports from within Crystal? If it is a compiled report, then the person who did the compile un-selected the group tree option. Provide more info. Howard Hammerman,

There are two places that you can turn on or off the ability to create a group tree. The first is in file > options > layout and the second is in file > report options. Make sure that these are checked. Save the report, close it and reopen it (sometimes these don't take effect without the close for some reason). Your Group Tree should start reappearing.
