I don't know if this can be done or not, but I have a report that needs to look like this:
[tt] Time Time Time
Date In Out Worked Total
John Doe
01/31/2002 7:30 8:30 1.0
8:30 11:30 3.0
12:30 17:30 5.0 9.0
02/01/2002
7:30 11:30 4.0
12:30 17:30 5.0 9.0
Grand Total 18.0
[/tt]
The key thing I can't figure out is how to get a group total to print on the last detail line. I can get a running total to work, but it prints and entry on every detail line.

Hello Harra,
Someone probably has a coded response to this. I do thing the easiest for me.
Start a new report, when you select the fields to be displayed, and go to the summary choose summary for the first two or three items. That way you will get a footer for each division you have selected.
On the [JohnDoe]field you can even choose summary and it will give you the total number of records. If you don't want any of the info you can just delete it, move the field up to where there is no space and it will print the totals where you want them, below the detail section.
