Hello All,

I am having a set of account numbers and their group totals.
My report looks like:
Group Header 1#: Group Account Number
Details: Deal No. Amount Date
Group Footer: Group Account Number and having the Sum(Amount, account number).

The results are coming correct except that if the total in the group footer = zero then the Account number and the sum is not shown in the report.
How do I show them and their value = 0?

YOu can not show data that does not exist.

If you want all account numbers you must include your account numbers table and then join all you existing data with left outer join from this table, then group on the account number from the new table.

Do you mean that I have to replace the link with left outer join instead of inner join?
Also, I tried to create a formula that includes:
if Sum (Amount, account number) = 0 then
0 else Sum (Amount, account number), but it did not work

Or if you have any suggestions can you pease help
