I have a report where I am giving info about CS ticket requests. So there is a header with the description of the ticket and then when you drill down it's several items of activity on the ticket.
So
gh1a ticket 1 - description - assigned too
gh1b name - date - notes (used this header for conditional formatting)
details (hiding until drilldown)
Now when I do a count of the tickets, it counts the # of details, not the # of ticket headers. I assume it's bc the tables are grouped on the ticket # or because I did a 2nd group header?? Or is it for a different reason? I've never ran into this and I've done dozen of reports - so it must be something odd about what I have.
Such as each ticket has 2 activities in my current select in the details, and there are 6 tickets - so the count says 12. But I want it to say there are 6 tickets.
Is there a different way to do this??
Thanks in advance!! Amanda
