Using Crystal 2008 on Oracle data.
I am creating a report with multiple sub-reports all based off a WO# or a WO# and part no.
Using groups (group 1(a), 1(b) etc by WO# and group 2(a), 2(b) etc by Part no) I have 4-5 reports that are portrait 8.5X11 all loaded and running great.
I have added 2 reports as on demand reports (linking on existing parameters) grouped with Part no. (group 2(c)) that are in other formats (11X17 and landscape) Right now the 8.5X11 reports print for the WO's then the 8.5X11 for a part then the links for that part on a separate page then the 8.5X11 reports for the next part no. followed by it's links.
What I would like is to have all the 8.5X11 reports to print and then on the trailing pages of the reports print the on demand report links (Essentially to group by report then by part no) This way a user could select to print page 1-xx leaving off the last pages and just clicking the links without wasting essentially blank pages.
I am sure there is a work around maybe adding a 3rd group?
Probably an easy fix but didn't see anything in the forum. Will keep trying tomorrow on a fresher brain!
Thanks in advance for any ideas.
