I am using group sort for top 25 records and I want to put all records in 'Other customers'. The report is working fine except it does not display 'other cusotmers' instead it is picking up last customer name and placed the data against it.

Thanks

When you do a group sort and check "show others under the name 'Other'", the records not in the topN are grouped in one group 'Other'. Can you show a sample of what you are expecting to see instead?

Thanks lbass,

I have columns like customer name, 'balance due', week 1 and week 2 in the report. I have group on 'customerID'and sorting based on 'sum of balance due'. it is grouping records in the 'other' which are not in top N but in the body, instead of dispalying 'other' in the cloumn customer name it is picking last record for the customer field and displaying the customer's name. I want to display 'Other' in the report under the Top N customers.

Thanks

Swabunn

It sounds like you might have the customer name field in the group header instead of the groupname for customer name. Go into the field explorer->groupname and drag the group name into the group section and remove the customer name.
