Group Sort Expert Problem

I am using crystal 2008 and wish to use the group sort expert feature but it is not highlighted on the menu bar or under Report/Group Sort Expert.

Any ideas as to why this is not hightlighted for use?

You have to have at least one summary field at the group level for that option to be highlighted.

...and the summary must be an inserted summary (right click on the detail field->insert summary).
