Group Sort Expert Problem

Hi,
I use Business Objects Crystal Report XI.

I have a report with single grouping on field 'TableABC.Reseller'.

I summarize field 'TableABC.Bookings'. The summarization I do is the sum of the field. And this summary field is put in Group Footer Section of 'TableABC.Reseller'. The other field in same group footer section is 'TableABC.Reseller'.

I have used a group sort expert for my single 'TableABC.Reseller' group, to get top N groups based on sum of 'TableABC.Bookings' where N is 10. And I checked the check box with, Include others with the name:
The name which I gave there is 'Others'.

When I preview this report I get the TOP 10 groups with the sum of bookings for them.

The total for the Others group is also comming right. But the field name for the reseller group does not come as 'Others'. It comes as the last alphabetic column name of 'TableABC.Reseller' field. Can anyone help me know why this is happening and how I can solve it?

If you mean that the column heading text label isn't Others, that makes sense. Just double click and change the names of headings to whatever you'd like.

Do you mean that the value displayed for the group isn't Others?

Hard to know what "But the field name for the reseller group does not come as 'Others'. It comes as the last alphabetic column name of 'TableABC.Reseller' field"

A field name implies a column heading, not the value from the field.

Did you select Include Others and place the name you'd like, or leave it as Others?

You solved my problem. I was putting field 'TableABC.Reseller' in the Group Footer #1.

I changed it to 'Group #1 Name' instead of 'TableABC.Reseller' field and now the value for the group is comming properly.

I should say I am sorry I was not clear.

Based on the words you used in the post, I got the answer.
