Group Ringing

I have a MICS with CallPilot. I have a CCR setup. When a customer calls in it hits the CCR. When they press 7, they get the hostess on ext 231. I want 4 more phones to ring when they press 7 so the call doesn't get missed. How can I do this?

Point 7 to a Hunt Group Dn and assign the 4 phones as members of that Hunt group.

When you say hunt group dn do you mean put ext 231,232,233,234,235,236 in hunt group 1 and point 7 to any of those ext. Do i make it broadcast?

yes put them in hunt group 1 but point 7 to the hunt group dn not one of those others, Each hunt group has a dn itself.
If you want them to ring at the same time then yes set it as Broadcast.

how do i see the hunt group dn?

As soon as you show the hunt group:
HG01: XXX

The XXX is the dn of that group.
