I have a report that shows names and addresses and consignment numbers. The names and addresses come out of a PAF program so are the same for each individual. Is there any way I can get a report to show all of the consignment numbers for one address - instead of printing them all out seperatly???

Group records by more than one field

Use the grouping button in report design (Omega)
and select the address as the first entry in the list then set the header property to yes and this will put another header on your report into which you can put the Address textbox form the fields list.
