I am trying to add a Global Group called "Local Admin" to the Local Administrator Group of my client machines in the domain. The client machine (Win2k Pro) is added and can log on to the domain with out any errors or issues. Then when I try to add the "local admin" global group it gives me the error:
"Processing of object Local Admin failed with the following error: The specified domain either does not exist or could not be contacted."
The weird thing is, I can browse through the groups of the domain and select the one I want, it is when I hit "OK" to add the group that it gives me the error. The domain controller is up and running and I can ping it with no problems. Help???
