Greetings,

I need to set up a group policy which places *.acme.com in the trusted zone. I have entered *.acme.com in
Computer|Administrative Templates|Windows Components|Security Page|Sites to Zone Assignments List

This works, what I can not locate is where to turn off the Require server verification (https:) for all sites in this zone.

I would prefer to keep all settings in the Computer Configuration if possible.

Thanks,
Ed

The only place I could get it to work is from:

Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > Internet Explorer and "disable" Security Zones: Do not allow users to add/delete sites.

This will allow the "https:" to be unchecked. However, after adding it as an unchecked item, and saving the policy, it would be best to set it back to it's original setting, and then save the policy again, so users can't add their own sites (if that is the way you want it).
