I have users logging in using terminal services. From there they use IE to access and application. I would like to use group policy to lock IE so the url is the only location the user can get access to from IE.

I.E. is the locked default startpage. The user cannot search, type in addresses etc to navigate away from this url and its sub-pages.

I would prefer to use GP for this for these users, since I also have other users who come in and use a different application/url for their work.

In the user section of the default domain policy

browse to
user configuration|windows settings|Internet Explorer Maintenance|URLs

Double-click URLs
From within here you can set the home page for all users.

Under Administrative Templates | Windows Components | Internet Explorer you should be able to configure your other requirements.
