Group Policy showing foreign languages

After opening the GP Editor, I was a little shocked to see several settings under Console Root in foreign languages. Some are English, some are French, others I don't recognize.

The "settings" pane is in English. Any explanations or ideas appreciated.

I haven't seen this first hand but I know that .adm files (these contain the GPO settings) can be written so the explanations are in many languages.

Have you imported an .adm files?
