Group Policy & "Check for publisher's certificate revocation"

As we installed Autocad LT 2005 for our users here, they encountered slow starting up of program. Found the article saying that under Internet Option in IE, you need to deselect "Check for publisher's certificate revocation". just wondering if there is any way that i can use group policy to do this?

thank you for any advise.
