Group Policy Not Applied For Only 1 User

Active Directory (Windows Server 2003), one site
Desktop Systems = Windows XP Pro SP2

I have one user who is not getting group policy applied, no matter what computer they log into. This user is in the same OU as other users who ARE getting the group policy.

We are NOT using roaming profiles.

Does anyone have any suggestions where I should look (event logs, errors, etc) for a resolution to this problem? I'd like to avoid deleting & re-creating the account.

Never mind - got it. Group membership was the issue -- some poor design from the past.
