Group Policy Naming

All, thanks for the help on previous matters. My question is what is a good scheme for naming GPOs? I have made some that have more than 1 object in the policy.
For example, turn off screen saver and remove mydocuments.
I was thing of naming these llke Dept GPO 1 and so on.
Also should I create 1 policy per item or group as many as I can into 1 policy.

I'd have to say this is really an overall policy design question. And as such there are mony possible viewpoints, all valid depending on your perspective.

I like to streamline GPOs, having many smaller GPOs rather than a big one.
